LCoS is a high-resolution reflective display.
In this type of displays, light emitting diodes (LEDs) are used as light source, and the light is reflected by a polarizing beam splitter (PBS).
OLED screen no backlight, each pixel screen is capable of emitting light, so it has an advantage with Black Level. So, in general, OLED is considered better.
